Sole Source Intent - Control Services of WNY, Inc.

THIS IS NOT A COMPETITIVE BID

The County of Ontario intends to recommend the issuance of a Sole Source award to Control Services of W.N.Y, Inc. for Repair of Power Lift Gate at 74 Ontario Street Any purchase order resulting from this proposed sole source will be made in accordance with the laws governing the purchasing processes of the County of Ontario. Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes.

The Purchasing Department has received a request to make the following sole-source procurement:

Requesting Department/Office: Department of Public Works

Product and/or services to be purchased: Repair of Power Lift Gate at 74 Ontario Street

Anticipated Cost: $10,000/annually

Sole Source Justification: Control Services is the only authorized dealer and sole service provider for Tilt-A-Way vertical pivot gate systems in Upstate New York
