Hughey & Phillips is the OEM manufacturer and sole identified direct supplier of the proprietary ASSY, LIGHT ENGINE, 861, WHT/WHT replacement assembly for the County’s existing L-861 / former Astronics DME airfield lighting system. No alternate OEM suppliers or authorized distributors were identified, and non-OEM components may create compatibility and FAA compliance issues.
