Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement

This is not a Request for Proposals and there is no solicitation available. Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a formal competitive bid. Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes.

The City of North Augusta intends to use ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) funds to sole source purchase AMR Badger Water Meters.

Interested businesses or individuals may identify their interest and capability to provide water meters by submitting a response in writing. Water meters must be compatible with the City’s current billing software and meter reading hardware. Submissions must include their name, address, telephone number, email and a statement regarding capability to provide AMR water meters that meet or exceed the requirements stated herein. A determination not to compete this proposed action is based on the responses to this notice.
