SOLB 25-15
WWTP DEWATERING IMPROVEMENTS. The City of Soldotna hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the City for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Dewatering Improvements SOLB 25-15. The project generally consists of the following:
1. Modify existing digested sludge mechanical dewatering system for temporary use during the execution of this Contract. 2. Construct new dewatering building to house new process equipment to the south of the existing Control Building. 3. Receive and assume custody of two (2) OWNER procured Centrifuges and appurtenances. 4. Install Owner-procured centrifuges in new dewatering building. Provide support services for Centrifuge functional testing and startup commissioning services. 5. Furnish, install, functional test, and provide startup services, complete and functional with interconnection piping and valves, and electrical and control systems, as shown on the Drawings and as described herein, for the following: a. Centrifuge appurtenances b. Pumping Systems (Sludge Pumps, Polymer Pumps) c. Polymer Mix Tank/Day Tank and Appurtenances d. Polymer Blending and Feed Equipment and Appurtenances e. Piping, Valves, Supports, and Appurtenances f. Process Control and Instrumentation 6. Yard piping improvements 7. Civil site grading, drainage, paving improvement. |
