Solarwinds Maintenance Task Factory Standard Renewal

This solicitation is for MBE dealers only.

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting MBE dealers for five (5) SolwarWinds (ID : SW22633595) Task Factory Standard per server licenses from 6/13/2 6 - 6/13/2 7 on state contracts RSC024735, RSC021317, RSC021135 and 0A1375 (Index GPC033) and on STS033. Only MBE suppliers on RSC024735, RSC021317, RSC021135, 0A1375 and STS033 may respond to this solicitation.

Quoted price must be at or lower than the contract pricing.

Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract.

Any responses that are not a part of a current state contract will not be considered.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation. No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitaiton.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew the contract for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
