Solar PV System Inspection and Maintenance

Baltimore County, Maryland, Purchasing Division is seeking Bids for Solar PV System Inspection and Maintenance . Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd , no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, June 12, 2026 .

Baltimore County is seeking an on-call contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for its existing portfolio of solar PV systems, with additional projects planned in the near future.

Baltimore County currently has 3 locations that have operational solar PV systems, as well as 8 future locations to be added to the portfolio.

• Woodlawn Senior Center

• Hereford Senior Center - Expected Completion Date: January 2029
• Jacksonville Senior Center - Expected Completion Date: July 2027
• New Catonsville Fire Station - Expected Completion Date: February 2028
• Wilkens Police Precinct - Expected Completion Date: February 2028
• Woodlawn Library - Expected Completion Date: May 2027
