Project Description: The College is requesting proposed PPA rates based upon the information contained in this Proposal. Providers submitting Proposals (“Proposers”) must have the ability to offer PPA financing. Given the multiple facets that constitute a solar development project, multiple parties may jointly submit Proposals in partnership. Proposals will be evaluated based on the qualifications of the Provider, scope of services to be provided, and PPA financing terms offered (consistent with the form of PPA attached hereto as Schedule 1).
