Solar Photovoltaic System(s)

The Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU) is requesting proposals from qualified developers (referred to within this Request for Proposals as “proposer” or “contractor”) to finance, design, install, operate, and maintain solar photovoltaic system(s) on building roof(s) and/or ground mount location(s) at Connecticut State Community College Asnuntuck, Connecticut State Community College Naugatuck Valley, Connecticut State Community College Norwalk, Eastern Connecticut State University, and Central Connecticut State University, and to sell the electricity output to each respective campus (each referred to within this Request for Proposals as a “campus” or “institution”). Proposer will be required to submit for the CSCU to Eversource’s large LREC/ZREC Program.
