ADDENDUM NO. 2

For: Solar Installations at the Service Center RFP

Due Date: March 28, 2024 4:00 P.M. (EST)

To prospective consultants: the following information shall be used to clarify

parts of the request for proposals.

Who is the utility provider? AEP

What is the roof material? Is it standing seam metal? It is both. Flat membrane roof for a

section on the western wing and metal on the southernmost portion of the eastern wing.

Is the roof warrantied? The majority of the roof is out of warranty. The southernmost portion of

the eastern wing is still under warranty.

What is the service voltage? 208V or 480V? 480 and 208.

Where is the utility meter located? It is located on the far west side of the building and is

accessed from the north parking lot.

Where is the Main Service Panel located? In the western wing.
