Solar Credit Purchase for Northwest Willamette Research and Extension Center

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of solar credits from Oregon Clean Power Cooperative as a sole source because of the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. The Oregon Community Solar Program has establish policies and rules for purchase of solar credits based on Oregon legislation. Solar Harvest is a solar array established on the NWREC premise and is the only one available. The Oregon Community Solar Program is the only project manager over this array. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at pacs@oregonstate.edu by August 31, 2023 at 5:00 pm, PST.
