The County of Delaware advertised on the County of Delaware's website/PennBid and in the Philadelphia
Inquirer and Daily Times newspapers the Invitation to Bid for: SOLAR ARRAY DESIGN, PROCUREMENT, AND
INSTALLATION AT THREE COUNTY SITES (eOOS-083126) on Wednesday, July 24, 2026. Submissions are to be
received via PennBid on Monday, August 31, 2026 @ 11:00 a.m.

PLACEHOLDER DATES HAVE BEEN CHANGED. MANDATORY SITE VISITS HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED FOR
MONDAY, AUGUST 10TH AT 9:00AM.
We will be hosting the mandatory site visits on MONDAY, AUGUST 10th from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
For our visits, our approximate schedule will be the following:
* 9:00 AM - 9:20 PM - Redwood Community Center (280 6th Street, Brookhaven, PA 19015)
* 9:20 - 9:30 AM - Travel to Voting Machine Warehouse
* 9:30 - 10:00 AM - Voting Machine Warehouse (403 E. 24th Street, Chester, PA 19013)
* 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM - Travel to Government Center
* 10:45 AM - 12:00 PM - Delaware County Government Center (201 West Front Street, Media, PA
19063)
All attendees must sign in and visit each site for proposals to be considered.
