Project Description: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to establish one or more term contracts for the supply of soils, top dressing, topsoil, and bunker sand to support the operational needs of all departments and agencies of Fairfax County. These materials will be used for a variety of applications, including general landscaping, construction, grounds maintenance, and turf and bunker management, particularly at County parks, facilities, and the County-operated golf courses.
