    The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) intends to enter a one-time purchase with SciAps, Inc to provide software updates to five of our SciAps XFR machines. These soil software updates will allow us to better test our soil samples in house rather than having to send them other laboratories for analysis.

    This has been deemed a single source as SciAps is the sole proprietor of the of this software and it is not available through dealers or distributors. And only SciAps software is compatible with SciAps machines/equipment.
