Software Maintenance & Support – Deister Electronics, Inc.

The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services partnering with the Dept. of Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) intends to renew existing agreement with Deister Electronics, Inc. The annual renewal provides software maintenance and support related to DCT’s Commander Connect,central management software. This contract is for up to a 24 month term. DCT utilizes Commander Connect to unify and streamline oversight of its security‑related systems at various locations.

Because Deister Electronics, Inc. retains exclusive ownership, copy right and trademark of their proprietary product and is solely responsible for providing the required maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through third party entities.
