Software Maintenance and Support – Aumentum Technology

The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT), on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR), intends to renew its existing agreement with Aumentum Technology for a 12-month term. This annual renewal provides continued software maintenance and support for DNR’s Aumentum Registry and Aumentum Web Access systems.

The DNR relies on these systems to manage land records and property data across the state. Aumentum Registry is a land information management solution that enables DNR to track property ownership, boundaries, rights, and land use throughout Minnesota.

Aumentum Technology retains exclusive ownership, copyright, and trademark of the Aumentum products and is the sole provider authorized to deliver the necessary maintenance, support, updates, and patches. Because these services cannot be obtained from third-party entities, this has been deemed a single source purchase.
