  • HemaComply-Lab Equipment Manager

The requirement includes upgrading NIH’s local hosting environment, migrating databases, configuring production and test environments, implementing MySQL 8, and deploying updated software versions.

JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION

This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source.

InVita Healthcare Technologies, Inc. is the original developer, owner, and sole provider of the proprietary HemaConnect and HemaComply software systems. The vendor retains exclusive rights to the software, associated intellectual property, and system configurations.
