INVITATION TO TENDERERS

The Owner invites tenders for: Construction of a new asphalt parking facility with grading, paving, lighting, tree planting and stormwater management features to improve site access, circulation, and event capacity.

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca (the BC Bid Website) and the Owner’s website at www.surrey.ca (the “Owner’s Website”) where any interested party may download the tender documents. No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information, that will form part of this tender will also be issued electronically. It is the sole responsibility of the Tenderer to check the BC Bid Website and the Owner’s Website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and theOwner’s Supplementary MMCD (updated 2024)

The Tenderer should submit the Tender electronically in a single pdf file which must be delivered by email at: purchasing@surrey.ca

Tenderers are advised that the Owner will hold a pre-tender site visit on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025, 9:00 a.m. at Softball City Parking Lot, 2295 148 St, Surrey, B.C.
