Go to https://www.bidexpress.com and look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFQ 3161. You MUST be registered with Bid Express to view the RFQ. There is a $50.00 fee to upload your Quote/Proposal. NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Mail, Fax, or Email
