Summary It is the City's intent to enter into a two (2) year term contract for sodium hexameta-phosphate in 44,000 lb. lots delivered in a truck no greater than 13 feet 7 inches tall. Deliveries will be made by order releases "as required" from the requesting departments/divisions.

It is the City's intent to enter into a two (2) year term contract for sodium hexameta-phosphate in 44,000 lb. lots delivered in a truck no greater than 13 feet 7 inches tall. Deliveries will be made by order releases "as required" from the requesting departments/divisions.

Sodium Hexameta-phosphate, glass plates, food grade, meeting the latest ANSI/NSF Standard 60, Drinking Water Additives, and must conform to ANSI/AWWA B502-94.

Bags shall be loaded and banded on 48" x 40" pallets with one center rung only so that material can be off-loaded with a motorized hand truck. Skids or pallets shall be non-returnable and cost for same shall be included in the unit price bid.
