This specification covers sodium chloride to be used as a cleaning agent for the demineralization equipment. Sodium chloride shall be delivered in 100-lbs bags and be vacuum-granulated (crystalline) in form. Packaging and shipment shall conform to all
applicable Federal, State and Local requirements. Estimated annual use is 15,000 pounds.
