Description

The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals to contract with community partners to address the increasing mental health needs and inequities within the City of Bloomington, based on the City’s 2024 community health assessment findings. Proposals will only be funded for services rendered to Bloomington residents. The project period will be 12 months. Applicants are encouraged to try novel approaches to meet needs. Proposals serving underrepresented populations with unmet needs will be prioritized.
