Social Service Resources

The City of Watertown (MA) is soliciting bids from qualified service providers to deliver social services resources to Watertown residents. The social services resource program provides Watertown residents, primarily ages 18-59, and their families, a central access point to connect to social service resources including assessment of residents’ needs, (fuel assistance, food, housing), and counseling information and referral. The City of Watertown is seeking to award a one-year contract with two (2) additional one-year renewals, solely at the discretion of the City. The City will provide written confirmation of renewal at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the contract period. Qualified service providers are requested to submit their proposals to the Procurement Department, Watertown City Hall, 149 Main Street, Watertown, MA, in accordance with the instructions contained within this Invitation for Bids (IFB).
