Project Description: The City of Peoria Arizona is seeking a qualified Design Builder to provide design and construction services for a renovation to the Peoria Sports Complex stadium located at 16101 N. 83rd Avenue in Peoria, Arizona. Improvements will include the replacement of unshaded bleacher seating on the first base side with a multi-level shaded premium seating, dining and beverage experience. Site improvements will include requisite water, sewer, and fire suppression connections into existing utilities in Stadium Circle.
