FCBOH through its Medical and Preventive Services ¿ Sexual Health Department is seeking to retain a qualified and experienced Contractor to perform Rebuild the Stop HIV Website. This will include designing and developing a responsive website that works seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The site will include a modern, user-friendly interface with intuitive navigation and clear calls-to-action. Core functionality will encompass a home page, about section, services/products pages, contact form, and basic SEO optimization. The website will be built using industry-standard technologies and will include a content management system for easy updates. The deliverable will be a fully functional, tested website ready for launch, along with basic training documentation for content management. The site will also be bi-lingual (English / Spanish).
