The City of Coconut Creek, Florida is seeking quotes from qualified firms to continue the implementation of a City-wide social media archiving process in full accordance with the scope of services, terms and conditions in this Request for Quotes (RFQ).
NOTES:
1. Upload completed response to the
"Response Attachments"
tab. For upload items, electronic files must be in a common format accessible by software programs the City uses. Those common formats are generally described as Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), or Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf). Respondents will not secure, password protect or lock uploaded files; the City must be able to open and view the contents of the file. Respondents will not disable or restrict the ability of the City to print the contents of an uploaded file. Scanned documents or images must be of sufficient quality, no less than 150 dpi, to allow for reading or interpreting the words, drawings, images or sketches.
2. All inquiries concerning clarification of this RFQ, or for additional information shall be submitted through the "Questions" tab prior to the question cut-off date. 3. Please sign your response document & all required forms. Responses received unsigned will not be accepted. |
