Social Circle 2025 Milling and Deep Patching

Formal quotes will be received by Social Circle for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for milling and deep patching along East Hightower Trail, West Hightower Trail and Clark Street.
Quotes will be received on behalf of Social Circle no later than 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Quote Packet can be requested by emailing Natalie Pifer at 861np@ppi.us. Quotes will be received by email submission only to Natalie Pifer at 861np@ppi.us. Any quote received after said time and date of quote opening will not be considered by Social Circle. Quotes will be evaluated by Social Circle and presented for approval by the council. All questions should be emailed to Natalie Pifer at 861np@ppi.us, by February 26, 2025, by 2:00 P.M.
CONTRACTORS and SUBCONTRACTORS quoting on this Project will be required to comply with all Federal, State, and local laws.
The City of Social Circle reserves the right to waive any informalities and to accept any Quote which in its opinion may be in the best interest of Social Circle.
Proof of workers¿ compensation and liability insurance will be required with the City of Social Circle named as additional insured. Contractor¿s must also provide a Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify. This form must be notarized.
