1. 2026 Snowmobile Trail Signs Signs are to be manufactured as per the specifications listed on the attached 2025-26_Sign_Order_Breakdown.pdf. . All signs are to be a minimum of .024-gauge poly-flex plastic material, flexible and shatter proof to 50 below Fahrenheit (also called polydura 19, or polyethylene). . Quantity: 28,800 signs (24 different signs, varying quantity of each, see attached for exact quantities). . All colors are standard: Orange, yellow and white. . Agency may request sample of sign material prior to award. . All signs are to be bundled in lots of 25. Boxed weight is not to exceed 50 lbs. . Boxes must be clearly labeled as to which signs and quantities are contained within the box. . See attached spreadsheet (RFQ 01A 250904-0055 Bid Price Sheet) for complete specifications and details. . Unit of measure is each. 2026 Snowmobile Trail Stickers Stickers are to be manufactured as per the specifications listed on the attached RFQ 01A 250904-0055 Bid Price Sheet. . All stickers are to be Engineering grade: Standard yellow with reflective front and 3M/strong adhesive back. . Quantity: 4,600 stickers (7 different stickers, varying quantity of each, see attached for exact quantities) . Agency may request sample of sticker material prior to award. . All stickers are to be bundled in lots of 25. Boxed weight is not to exceed 50 lbs. . Boxes must be clearly labeled as to which stickers and quantities are contained within the box. |
