2025-2027 Snow Removal Program

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received by Clifton Heights Borough, Delaware County until 10:00 A.M Tuesday February 18, 2025 for the 2025-2027 Snow Removal Program.
The project will consist of the following: 1. Salting of all roads owned and maintained within the Borough. 2. Clearing and plowing of all owned and maintained roads within the Borough.
NOTE: 1. The contract does not include salting, clearing or plowing of alleyways. Please see location map and list of streets included in this contract at the end of the bid documents.
All Bidding Documents are available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net. The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay “PennBid” a fee of 0.003333% or $100-$5,000 of the contract award value.
Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to bids greater or equal to $25,000.
Notice is hereby given to the requirements contained in this Bid Package particularly to the various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond, performance bond and maintenance bond for 100% of the contract price. The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Borough.
