Description:

|
The Township of Upper Uwchlan is accepting bids for individual pieces of equipment (with operators) to perform Roadway Snow Removal services for the 2025-2026 snow removal season. Contractors may bid on all equipment needed or on individual pieces of equipment needed. All equipment bid must be in good working order and Pennsylvania road legal.
Proposals must be received by Gwen Jonik, Township Secretary, by 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 in a sealed envelope marked “Snow Removal Bid”.
Proposals will be opened and read at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 in the schoolhouse at the Township Building located at 140 Pottstown Pike, Chester Springs, PA 19425.
Contracts will be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Monday, October 20, 2025, 7:00 pm or a subsequent meeting as determined to be in the best interest of Upper Uwchlan Township.
A 10% Bid Bond or Certified Check must accompany all bids. Upper Uwchlan Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or a portion of any bids. Successful bidder(s) shall post a 10% Performance bond upon award of contract(s).
