SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL SERVICES

Sealed bids for the project above will be received at the Winchendon Town Hall located at 109 Front St 4 ^th Floor, Winchendon, Ma 01475 until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday December 10, 2025.  All bids will be opened at a later date by the Director of Public Works and DPW Operations Coordinator.

Obtaining Bid Packages: Specifications, general instructions, and Bid Forms must be obtained at the Winchendon Town Hall 109 Front St, Winchendon, Ma 01475 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday or by emailing

Bids signed with the name and address of the bidder should be submitted in sealed envelopes that are plainly marked in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope “BID FOR SPECIFIED SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL SERVICES

The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities in the

bidding procedures, or to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Town of Winchendon. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Town reserves sixty (60) days to award the bid.
