Calvert County Government intends to establish non-exclusive Contracts with qualified Contractors to provide labor, supervision, operators, vehicles, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary for snow and ice removal, anti-icing, de-icing, hauling, maintenance of traffic support, and related winter weather response services on roadways, ramps, bridges, parking lots, sidewalks, trails, County facilities, and other areas designated by Calvert County Government and Calvert County Public Schools .

Pre-bid meetings will take place September 30, 2026, October 28, 2026, and November 18, 2026, from 1PM – 2PM at the County Administration Building – 150 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Fishing Creek Conference Room, Prince Frederick, MD 20678 and virtually on TEAMS. Attendance in these meetings is NOT MANDATORY to bid on these services.
