Snow and Ice Control Services at USAG Bavaria - Vilseck and Grafenwoehr

This posting is strictly a pre-solicitation notice.

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) /Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria intend to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Requirements (Firm Fixed Price), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for Snow and Ice Control Services at USAG Bavaria - Vilseck (Rose Barracks) and Grafenwoehr (Tower Barracks).

This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.

The period of performance is expected to start 1 November 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).

The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted and available for download at https://sam.gov. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next 60 (sixty) days, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award. All Amendments to the Solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendment. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RFP and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. Faxed offerors or amendments will not be accepted.

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award.
