Request for Bids - Snow Hauling, Snow Maintenance

The Town of Breckenridge Streets & Parks Division is accepting bids from qualified haul truck operators for snow hauling through December 31, 2026. The haul truck operator will be loaded by a town snowblower and/or loader, and then, the haul truck operator is responsible for depositing the snow at a designated town property location within town limits. Interested bidders shall complete a Bid Submittal Form , and Snow Haul Agreement Form . Snow hauling, snow maintenance is solely at the discretion of the Town on an as needed basis. The Town makes no guarantees of work and retains the right to refuse or reject any or all bids. Bidders must be able to provide proof of current general liability and automobile insurance. Deadline for bid submittal is Friday, October 10th, 2025,at 4:30 p.m. Bids shall be mailed to Scott Jackman, Streets & Parks Division Manager, PO Box 168, Breckenridge, CO 80424 or faxed to (970) 453-1513, Attention: Scott Jackman or emailed to sjackman@townofbreckenridge.com .

Bidders are advised that the bids are subject to public disclosure under Colorado Law and will not be treated as confidential. All materials submitted become the property of the Town and may be made public in whole or in part at the discretion of the Town with two notable exceptions. Information marked confidential such as trade secrets and references shall be treated as privileged information and confidential commercial information under the Colorado Open Records Law.
