SNF HFCxA Commissioning Agent Services

Project Description: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) located in Anchorage, Alaska, require the services of a Health Facilities Commission Agent (HFCxA) for the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Project.
The SNF is a two-story skilled nursing facility consisting of 80-units (40 units per floor) with associated nursing support, offices and reception spaces, kitchen and dining spaces, laundry, sitting, crafts, salon, activities, games, garage, trash, storage, and other support spaces. The facility will also house a rehabilitation facility that will consist of exercise equipment, exam room, linens, therapy storage, toilet facilities, and nursing support, for physical and occupational therapy services. The total building area will be approximately 91,000 square feet. The building program, structural system, mechanical systems, electrical systems, access control systems, equipment, and other building systems and components will be designed and incorporated consistently with other skilled nursing facilities.
