Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a term contract(s) for Snacks and Beverages for all departments and activities of Fairfax County Public Schools for the requirements listed in this solicitation. An optional pre-bid conference will be held on September 26, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom Video Conference. Those interested in attending the pre-bid conference must contact Jeremy Stern at jmstern@fcps.edu to obtain the Zoom link. All questions pertaining to this IFB must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist Jeremy Stern at jmstern@fcps.edu no later than September 29, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
