The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable the University of Central Florida (UCF) to enter into an agreement with a Supplier to provide snack food, hot coffee and hot beverage vending services for the main campus, and at other campuses as directed by the University, as described herein. The snack Supplier will provide a variety of snacks, including traditional items and healthy options, milk, hot coffee, hot beverages, and ice cream products. Specifically, this Contract provides for the non-exclusive rights and obligations for snack food and hot coffee and hot beverage vending services.
