ECISD School Nutrition Department invites proposals for new vehicles that meet or exceed specifications. The use of manufacturer's specifications is to be considered informative, giving the bidder information as to the exact quality and minimum requirements. Any proposed alternates must meet or exceed these requirements in order to be considered. If unsure from description that item to be offered meets or exceed specifications, it is the bidder’s responsibility to further research the specifications guide. The bidder shall note any deviations from the specifications and shall submit those changes as alternates. Manufacturers' data sheets required to support all alternate specifications. Additional pages may be submitted to clarify proposal(s).

The ECISD School Nutrition Department will receive sealed electronic bid until 10:30 A.M., Monday, February 24th, 2025, for SY24-25 at which time they will be unsealed and opened Live online on a video communication software and in the School Nutrition Office located at 1120 West 10 ^th Street, Odessa, Texas 79763.

Method of Delivery: All bids shall be submitted through our online bidding software IONWAVE @ https://ecisdbid.ionwave.net/CurrentSourcingEvents.aspx .  Bid received after the above date and time will not be considered.

Bidder will be notified of recommendation for award by e-mail and/or through our electronic bidding software on or within 72 hours after closing.

The ECISD School Nutrition Department has the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal received, or to make awards as they may appear to be advantageous to the district.
