SMUD intends to select one or more vendors to provide Distribution Transformers through a multi-year contract. Proposers are encouraged, but not required, to bid on all scopes of work. SMUD plans to award a distinct supplier for each specific scope. The successful Proposer(s), working closely with SMUD, will manage and take sole responsibility for all services and associated deliverables for providing these scopes of work.
