Description

THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.

PURPOSE. The purpose of the solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a contractor for the the Department of Corrections, Oak Park Heights Facility, to purchase a Smiths Detection HI-SCAN 145180-2is Pro Dual View X-ray Inspection System Extension Roller Tables (“Roller Tables”), no substitutes will be accepted.

The Roller Tables to include a 5-Ton Motorized Input 1.33M Motorized Conveyor, 5-Ton Motorized Output 1.33M Motorized Conveyor, and two 1.33M Passive Output Rollers.
The awarded responder will be responsible for installing the Roller Tables at the State’s location. Installation services must be performed by Smiths Detection certified technicians.

CONTRACT TERM. The anticipated initial contract term will be from April 15, 2025, or the date of contract execution whichever occurs later, through December 31, 2025.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is March 25, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Randa at Elizabeth.Randa@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
