The Town of Smithfield is seeking proposals for Replacement of aging commercial kitchen equipment at the Smithfield Senior Center, located at 1 William J. Hawkins Jr. Trail, Smithfield, RI 02828. A detailed item list is contained within this Request for Proposals. A Mandatory site visit will be held at the Smithfield Senior Center on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Sealed proposals may be received at the Finance Office, to the attention of the Town Procurement Agent, Smithfield Town Hall, 64 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917, until 10:00am on Monday, January 26, 2026, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
