Summary:The purpose of this Quick Quote is to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to pressure wash, clean, and stain the outside of 15 cabins at Smith Mountain Lake State Park, 1235 State Park Road Huddleston, VA 24104.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit and Meeting: A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11am. All interested bidders MUST be in attendance for the duration of the entire meeting and site visit. Contractors will need to sign in at the beginning and sign out when the visit has concluded. Meeting will start at the Park Office.
