208437 Smith Hall 4th Floor Classroom Renewal - Bid Documents and Addenda

Project Description: The project includes the following work: renovation of three classrooms on the 4th floor of Smith Hall (404, 405, 407).

The scope of improvements includes:

1. New flooring.

2. New wall finishes and features including adding acoustic panels, glass markerboards.

3. New structural and acoustic ceilings, including tiles/clouds, linear lighting fixtures, and lighting controls.

4. New clocks.

5. Replacement of doors and reframed doorways (to achieve ADA accessibility goals).

6. Upgrades to room access control - add/update CAAMS access controls.

7. Additive Alternate scope: Addition of an all-gender restroom at rooms 412-D & 412-H (to achieve ADA accessibility goals).
