Brief description of the scope of work:

The project involves the complete replacement of existing roofing systems and renovation of associated rooftop structures across 15 residential buildings within the Patterson Houses development. The work consists of but not limited to remove exciting roofing materials, install new railings, insulation and membrane, replace flashing, copping and sealants in accordance with project specifications. Compliance with all code and safety standards. Protection of residents and property during construction.

RFQ Solicitation Timetable

A non-mandatory virtual Proposers’ conference will be held on 07/15/2025 at 11:00AM, via Microsoft Teams. Pre bid Teams Meeting information: (646) 838-1534 Conference ID: 263 211 977 756 9, Passcode: bJ9kc6k2. Although attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that all interested vendors attend. In order to RSVP to the Pre-Bid Conference and obtain the Teams Meeting link to view the virtual conference email acm.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line to confirm attendance.

All questions related to this RFQ are to be submitted via email to the CPD Procurement Unit at acm.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line by no later than 2:00PM on 7/23/2025. Proposers will be permitted to ask additional questions at the Proposers’ Conference. Responses to all submitted questions will be available for public viewing in Sourcing under the RFQ.

Bid Submission Requirements

Vendors shall electronically upload a single .pdf containing ALL components of the bid into iSupplier by the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy Bids or bids via e-mail, fax, or mail.

After Proposer registers for iSupplier, it typically takes 24 to 72 hours for Proposer’s iSupplier profile to be approved.
It is Vendors sole responsibility to complete iSupplier registration and submit its Bid before the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA is not responsible for delays caused by technical difficulty or caused by any other occurrence.
