Scope of Work

Work shall consist of upgrades as shown in the contract documents, at the following address:

Building 9, 375 East 143 Street Bronx, New York 10454.

Although attendance is notmandatory; it is strongly recommended that all interestedvendors attend.

All questions related to this RFQ are to be submitted viaemail to the A&CM Procurement Unit atacm.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as theSubject line by no later than 07/02/2026 on 2:00PM Bidderswill be permitted to ask additional questions at the Pre-BidConference. Responses to all submitted questions will beavailable for public viewing in Sourcing under the RFQ.

Bid Submission Requirements

Vendors shall electronically upload a single .pdf containing ALL components of the bid into iSupplier by the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy Bids or bids via e-mail, fax, or mail.

RFQ Question Deadline - July 02, 2026 - 2:00 PM
