Bid Description:
The Highway Division, Operations and Safety Bureau, of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter
referred to as AOT, is seeking applications for the 2026 small scale local HSIP grant program to improve safety
on local roadways. Applicant projects should be ready to go to construction in 2026. If there are extenuating
circumstances (for example, waiting for a paving project before putting in rumble strips), construction in 2027
is also acceptable.
