You are invited to review and respond to the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) Request for Offers (RFO) #2025-ENF-089083, for litigation copying services in submitting your offer, you must comply with the instructions found herein.

All agreements with the State of California include by reference General Terms and Conditions for non-IT services and Contractor Certification Clauses, CCC 04/2017.

Purpose of RFO: The California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) is soliciting offers to assist in completing activities related to litigation copying services. DFPI requires a contractor to provide litigation copy services where the awarded contractor shall provide duplication of various documents with bates numbering and exhibit tab insertions for Civil Services cases in California State courts.
