MATOC MASTER CONTRACT FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONSTRUCTION The objective of this contract is to provide Construction services and supplies for various Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) projects. The work shall include a broad variety of major and minor Construction repair, Construction modifications, Construction rehabilitations, Construction alterations, Construction demolition, and new Construction projects throughout the entire WMATA system. The base contract will be for a two-year base, with 3 one-year options for a maximum total ordering period of five (5) years, if the options are exercised. If the options are not exercised, then the total order period is two years. The Ordering Period of five (5) years establishes limits for the issuance of individual task orders, if the options are exercised. Actual performance period for completion of work included in Individual Task Orders may extend beyond contract ordering period date. The guaranteed minimum for this contract is $50,000 per contract, over the full life of the contract, which includes the two-year base. Task Orders will be firm fixed priced. The maximum task order value is not to exceed $500,000.00, without consent of the Contracting Officer
