SMALL ARMS RANGE FACILITY SERVICES

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.

The RFQ number is N0060425Q4091. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-04/Effective Date 06-11-2025 and DFARS Publication Notice, 17 January 2025.

The 2022 NAICS code is 713990 (All Other Amusement and Recreation Industries) and the Small Business Standard is $9.0 million. This requirement is restricted to small business firms and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order (PO). The Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the total small business set-aside acquisition strategy.

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) Regional Contracting Office requests responses from qualified small business sources capable of providing small arms range facility services and ancillary services as listed within Attachment (1) RFQ N0060425Q4091 Combined Synopsis Solicitation and Attachment (2) Performance Work Statement (PWS).
