NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SMACKOVER-NORPHLET PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT, SMACKOVER HIGH SCHOOL, CAFETERIA ROOF REPLACEMENT
Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2026 for the replacement of existing roofing at the Smackover High School Cafeteria, 1 Buckaroo Lane, Smackover, Arkansas. Bids shall be delivered by the specified time to the offices of CADM Architecture, Inc., 214 North Washington, Suite 413, El Dorado, Arkansas, physically, by fax, or by email to mail@cadmarchitects.com . Bids will be opened beginning at 2:00 p.m. and read aloud in an online video/teleconference meeting. Login information may be obtained by contacting the Office of the Architect prior to bid opening.
Plans and Specifications have been prepared by and may be examined at CADM Architecture, Inc., 214 North Washington, Suite 413, El Dorado, Arkansas 71730, phone 870-863-7367, fax 870-863-4367, mail@cadmarchitects.com .
A five percent (5%) corporate Bid Bond or a certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany all submitted bids on construction contracts that exceed $20,000.00 in accordance with ACA 22-9-203. Bidders must comply with all requirements of Contractors Licensing Laws of the State of Arkansas, Act 150 of 1965, as amended, and Arkansas Code 22-9-204 section 3.6(a).
A Performance and Payment Bond equal to the amount of the contract and issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Arkansas will be required of the successful bidder.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. Proposals which fail to comply fully with any provision of the Plans, Specifications and other Contract Documents will be considered invalid and will not receive consideration. Contract Documents may be examined at the Office of the Architect.
