The City is seeking bids to furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the removal, and vehicle transport of all sludge produced by the Duck Island WWTF (historically, 25,500 wet tons per year averaging 29% solids). Dewatered sludge cake will be brought to either the Primary Disposal Facility or the Backup Disposal Facility identified in this proposal, with the same pricing being applicable to both primary and backup options.in strict accordance to the specification.
